Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of our RAM/LCC (reliability, availability maintainability/life cycle costs) projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives Project planning, controlling, resources deployment and quality check (Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards) Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, internal managers, clients and key stakeholders Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, leadership, innovation and excellence

Requirements

Degree in engineering, business or appropriate field of study Project management work experience (+5 years) and knowledge of according to tools Outstanding leadership and self-initiative, high sense of responsibility, a goal-achiever, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple projects Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, German is a plus. Enthusiasm about technology and technology-driven developments are desirable Willingness to travel for business purposes and work in highly competitive international environment (our clients are in Europe, America, Middle East etc.).

Expansion and coordination of our maintenance concepts/improvements with fleet management and product development. Creating cost models for full-service projects. Digitalization of processes in coordination with the staff on the track and in the maintenance depots. Design of attractive offers for our customers worldwide (Europe, America, South Africa, Middle East etc.). Evaluation of field experience for the validation of maintenance analysis. Accompanying and implementing the RAM/LCC requirements within our projects.

Requirements

Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace, weapon engineering, mechatronics, process engineering or similar education. Work experience in transportation, production, maintenance, reliability engineering or comparative environment (+5 years). Good English skills spoken and written; German is a plus. Another foreign languages are welcome. Willingness to travel for business purposes. Analytical thinking and high comprehension in complex processes. Responsibilities

You work in our product development experts team as a mechanical engineer. Design of mechanical components for diverse systems and specific projects close to our customers. Planning and execution of environmental unit tests in close collaboration with our hardware and software development team until product release. As part of the product verification process, you support our customers to define calibration and verification methods.

Requirements

You have a degree (Technician, Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar Experience in the mechanical design of unit housings and test equipment, as well as planning and execution of unit and component tests. Experience in using CAD tools for mechanical designs and thermal layout. Experience in programming and test automation with Python is beneficial. You are self-motivated, organized, committed, and service-oriented. You are a team player with very good communication skills and are proficient in the English language.

Requirements
